Tina was born in Ethiopia and immigrated to Israel many years ago. She is now a single mother to two beautiful girls, Orit and newborn Lital.
When Tina discovered she was pregnant again she wanted to have an abortion, she had a small baby and was already struggling. She couldn’t see another way out of her difficult situation. Tina knew about Be’ad Chaim as we had helped both her and her sister in the past. When Tina contacted one of our counselors, she received a lot of encouragement and prayer, and during that process she decided to keep her baby.
Through your very generous sponsorship Tina was able to become part of The Operation Moses Project. This provided her with new furniture for her baby and also monthly vouchers for a whole year to buy the other essentials that her baby would need.
On the 7th April Tina gave birth to a beautiful baby girl weighing 2.960 Kg. She named her Lital(Meaning a gift to me). Precious Litalis nursing and growing very well, she is already weighing 3.700 Kg. Both mother and baby are healthy and well.
The father of both of Tina’s children came to the birth and and has accepted Litalas his daughter but then decided that he did not have the strength or will to help take care of the girls, or to help Tina. He then moved out and went back to his parents’ house in another city. Tina was then left alone with the two small children. Please keep this precious woman in your prayers for the Lord to give her strength and grace for this season.
Tina used to work in a supermarket and is currently on maternity leave. She still hasn’t decided when she will be going back to work. She is renting an apartment and her sister has thankfully been very supportive. They are both believers and going to a messianic congregation.
Today she doesn’t have enough words to express as to how grateful she is for the support she has received in such a critical time in her life. Tina said “I am so grateful to God for your organization, you have saved the life of my child, it’s all thanks to your help and support”. Tina seems full of thanksgiving and hope for the future. She is so happy she didn’t abort.
Please keep this beautiful family in your prayers, particularly for the father of her children to take responsibility and support Tina.
Thank you very much for your kind and generous support and for your continued prayers for Tina and her family.
