Shoval - Aviv

Shoval emigrated from Moldova many years ago.  She is a single mother with 3 children, Omer (11), Agam (3) and now the newborn baby.  She has had three abortions in the past and also two misscariges. 

When Shoval found out she was pregant again she did not consider having an abortion but was desperate to find some help.  She was already finding it a great challenge to raise  her children all by herself.   She turned to Be’ad Chaim and we were very happy to help and support Shoval during this process. Through your very generous sponsorship Shoval was able to become part of The Operation Moses Project. This provided her with new furniture for her baby and also monthly vouchers for a whole year to buy the other essentials that her baby would need.

On the 19th May 2019 Shoval gave birth to a precious little girl, she named her Aviv. Precious Aviv is so loved by the whole family.  Shoval said “My older children absolutely adore her, she is like a little doll for them”. They also love to help Shoval with their new baby sister, particularly Orel , the eldest. 

All Shoval’s children have the same father.   He comes to visit them occasionally but unfortunately he doesn’t help in any way.  Shoval said she prefers it to be that way, she would rather do it on her own and be far away from him. She is currently suing him to pay her alimony. 

Shoval is presently on maternity leave from her job and in September she is planning to go back to work as an assistant to elderly people.   She loves her job as it has very flexible hours. Precious Aviv will be going to a daycare.  

Shoval is so very grateful for all the help and support she has received.  It really made a real difference to her and her children's situation.
