Miri With Baby Girl Lior

May 20, 2019 • By Be'ad Chaim

Precious Lior celebrated her 1st birthday on the 16th April 2019. She is growing and developing very well. She is already trying to walk on her own and has several teeth.

Miri is a stay home mom, she has 2 little children and doesn’t have the opportunity or the time to work.  She tried to look for night jobs, hoping her mother would care for the children, but she had no success finding anything. It could be that Miri’s Hebrew is very limited which is definitely a restriction when looking for work.  Currently Miri is happy to be home with her children, and to be the one who is taking care of them. She is afraid to send her children to daycare as she feels she cannot really trust anyone else to care for them.

Miri is currently living with her mother and siblings in an apartment subsidized by the government. Unfortunately her husband doesn’t live with them. He is currently living in a different city but Miri told me that he is in a good relationship with his children. Miri shared that she doesn’t know if or when they will get back together again.

Miri’s mother and brothers help her a lot with the children, play with them, feed them and put them to sleep. They are being such a great help for Miri, she is very grateful to have such a loving and supportive family by her side.

Miri is also deeply grateful for all the help and support she has received in the past year from her donor.  It really made such a huge difference to her and the family.

Thank you so very much for enabling Miri to be part of the Operation Moses Project.  She is very thankful. Thank you for praying for her and her family throughout this year.
