Anna - Ron

Jul 07, 2019 • By Be'ad Chaim

Anna is a lovely woman who emigrated from Russia at the age of 15. This was against her will. She was sent on her own, by her mother. Later on, Anna married a Moroccan man and together they have two children, a 5-year-old girl, and now the new baby. In the past, Anna has had one abortion.

When Anna was a little girl she experienced a lot of trauma. As a result she now suffers from many fears and depression. She is currently taking antidepressants. Unfortunately, this prevents her from working in a regular environment. Anna is recognized as emotionally disabled, and is receiving disability allowance from National insurance.

When Anna discovered she was pregnant again she was seriously considering having an abortion. She and her husband were experiencing a very difficult financial situation and couldn’t even imagine having another child.  Anna’s husband was strongly against continuing the pregnancy and pressured her to abort. Anna remembered vividly the trauma she had experienced after the abortion she had had in the past, and really did not want to go through it again. Thankfully, she turned to Be’ad Chaim and we were more than happy to help and support her.

Through your very generous sponsorship, Anna was able to become part of The Operation Moses Project. This provided her with new furniture for her baby and monthly vouchers for a whole year to buy the other essentials that her baby would need.

On May 27th 2019, Anna gave birth to a precious little boy. She named him Ron (Coming from an Irish name meaning strong warrior). The birth went well apart from having to use vacuum towards the end of the labour. Praise God both mother and baby are healthy and now doing well.

Unfortunately, Anna and her husband have many struggles in their marriage, and now he is really struggling to accept and bond with his newborn son. Anna and her husband have started couple counseling to help work on their marriage. Please pray for the Lord to touch both of their hearts, heal them, and restore their relationship.  Anna is being treated separately to help her with the trauma she went through. Please keep her in your prayers too.

A year ago Anna’s family emigrated to Israel. She is glad they are here but unfortunately they are not able to help as they themselves are in great need.

Anna expressed her deep gratitude for all the love and support she has received. She said that Ron is her joy, and she is so glad she chose life for him. All the love and support made such a huge difference.

Thank you very much for your kind and generous support, and for your continued prayers for Anna and her precious family.
