Zohar was able to convince her husband to keep their first child, Amanda found a home to stay in just as she was about to get kicked out of the army for her pregnancy. We have been busy preparing for our international conference, here at Be'ad Chaim, but took some time to stop and look back over the many blessings of the past year. A few years ago, a generous donor provided the funds for an ultrasound machine. A doctor, working on a volunteer basis, comes in and does ultrasound scans for us when a woman is having a particularly difficult time making her decision. In this issue of our newsletter we tell you the story of Maya, whose heart was touched after seeing her baby on screen. The story of Salwe is an Arab woman who sought out our services. Husbands also occasionally call our hotline! Such is the story of Carly and David, who needed some counsel to decide to keep their child.
